About the project

We inherited the Oman Desert Marathon website in 2022 in a broken state requiring immediate technical intervention. After restoring functionality, we provided 3 years of WordPress maintenance, hosting, security monitoring, and performance optimization as the event grew its international ultra-running reputation.

In 2025, we executed a complete site redesign from scratch, rebuilding the architecture with improved user experience, modern design standards and SEO-optimized structure. The WordPress site functions as the primary discovery and information platform for the event, with all race registrations handled through the event’s specialized off-site registration system.
